Door times for all events range from one hour to one and a half hours prior to showtime,
depending on attendance or the type of event. There will be no readmittance once a guest leaves the

The Ritacco Center encourages all fans to show enthusiasm with energetic cheering
during our events. However, individual behavior must be bound by law and the rights of others to enjoy the
event. Guest behavior cannot offend other patrons or be abusive to the players, officials and performers.
Arena staff reserves the right to eject patrons whose behavior impinges on the ability of our other guests to
enjoy the event. Please notify Ritacco Center personnel or security immediately if any such problem occurs.
Guest Services is located in the lobby. Guest Services is staffed with personnel familiar
with the facility as well as the local area. The Guest Services staff is prepared to assist with ticketing or seating
problems, directional information, lost and found, upcoming event information, as well as assisting those guests
with special needs. Tickets for upcoming events can be purchased at this location.
An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and nurse will be on duty for all events. The First
Aid office is located in the right corridor, opposite Gate A. Paramedic and ambulance response are nearby to
provide a quick response. An emergency paging system is located throughout the building.
The Ritacco Center is fully compliant with all American Disabilities Act standards. The
facility includes cut-away curbs and ramps, as well as wheelchair accessible restrooms, public pay phones,
and drinking fountains.
If a patron is in need of an assisted hearing device, the Main Box Office needs to be
notified at least 24 hours prior to show time. Please call (732) 818-8536 to request an assisted hearing device.
In order to uphold our status as a first-class entertainment facility, proper attire, including
shirt and shoes is required of all guests attending events at the Ritacco Center or entering the facility to purchase
or pick up tickets. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone it deems dressed inappropriately.
Items lost by a guest in the Ritacco Center may be claimed at the Box Office. Guests are
reminded that they are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Turning found items in to the Box Office
or other Guest Services personnel is appreciated by the management and by your fellow guests.
Flash photography, video cameras, and other audio or video recording devices are not permitted
in the Ritacco Center unless otherwise noted. The use of such devices will be determined on a show-by-show basis
by the show, artist, promoter, and facility management.
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the Ritacco Center, on school
property, or in parked vehicles. Tailgating parties or similar activities are prohibited.
The Ritacco Center is a non-smoking facility.
For your convenience, an ATM machine is currently being installed the Ritacco Center.

Children over the age of two are required to have a ticket for admission.
